Paradox of Being - The Absolute is Formless, the Relative is Form
"Consciousness is life. It has the ability to express the great unity of all life and to simultaneously explain the wondrous uniqueness that is you".
Sheldon Nidle
We are ourselves but also the universal self, at the same time. As we ponder this, its leads to the idea that consciousness is the foundation of the reality we perceive, it is that which physics describes as the unified theory of everything. To further bend your mind, if consciousness is non corporeal, then what is unmanifest is the true reality, and this temporal world is but a reflection of the higher dimensions or what we would call the absolute reality. This is the first of many paradoxes you will encounter as you enter fifth dimensional consciousness (5D), where, because all possibilities exist at once in the higher worlds, there are "no things" there, as all exists with no separation. But here in the temporal world things are separate, so reality creation is subject to the limits of time and space. We have been taught that we must do something so we can have what we need to finally be what we want. Metaphysically speaking, we have another option, which is to just be what we want to be first, this will then automatically guide us to what to do and supply what we have to have as the process of manifestation unfolds. This is reality creation using the law of attraction, an application of fifth dimensional awareness, or what we call living in 5D.
Don't believe there are higher worlds? Try meditating for several hours, focusing your awareness strictly on your breathe. You will eventually be able to observe your thoughts, your mind, and even your body from somewhere else. If you can observe your body and mind then technically, you are not you, completely anyway. This is why the ancients said "thou art that", which means you are not this body or this mind, but something far greater.
And yet, as we realize this, the paradox emerges that every minute you are alive must be lived with the fullest rationality, groundedness and with goal directed purpose. For the deepest insights and wisdom in this life result from our experience of day to day life in a state of full present consciousness, with moral integrity and loving compassion for others. The physical universe has laws that need to be recognized, so we do need to live life on life's terms, to be pragmatic. You should therefore use metaphysical reflection as a guide to help you deal with and accept the travails and challenges of this life and press on, for this life is gift. All experience in this world has great significance to all creation. Why? Because creator is experiencing itself through you. You may seem cosmically insignificant in the physical sense, yet you are the Godhead itself experiencing life. This concept has been known for thousands of years as the Paradox of Brahman. Pondering this idea reveals that the ancients knew more than we realize, and that we are not evolving, but rather waking up or remembering the true nature of our being.

"The unified field is non material, so it is one consciousness...the self is universal, discovering that is called enlightenment".
Dr. John Hagelin
Who is it that's aware that I am thinking?
Jim Carrey
"There exists only ONE Consciousness, which is called Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient and Immortal. Nothing exists other than this. You, me, and everything we perceive is a manifestation of the Immortal Consciousness.....it is all one".
Swami Shree Yogi Guruji Satyam
"I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derivative from consciousness. We cannot get behind consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness".
Max Planck
Many of us live under the illusion that we are all separate beings in a purely mechanical universe. As these illusions fade, the collective nature of consciousness comes to light. This consciousness is not only shared between humans, but with all things in the universe.
Rupert Sheldrake
You have theories about how this consciousness is created. But they are invented after this consciousness is present. NIsargadatta Maharaj
"You have never even for a fraction of a second ceased to be the unlimited ever present awareness."
Rupert Spira
“Stay embodied and fluid, we are experience experiencing itself, there are millions of selves within the one self so let it unfold, go with the flow. Go share your light and love in the world, you don't have to be perfect, just listen to your conversation with the universe. Holiness is found in our humanness. The supernatural is really just natural, we are hooked in already, just listen”.
Simran Singh
“Whether we say that we are ‘identified with ego’ or ‘attached’ or ‘believe in the illusion’ matters not.…What matters is that we are holding on to something (some state of being, some person, place, thing) that by It’s very nature is meant to be temporary, ephemeral, and ultimately, fleeting”
Alanis Morissette
We're not kidding when we say every Human Being Is God, and not the religious "gods" created by the mind, but a Living Expression of the Divine. People are terrified of this though, it's a level of personal responsibility that few want to accept. It's much easier to let society or some spiritual guru tell you how you're supposed to live your life. Much more simple that way and if it doesn't work out, you get to blame something else for the way your own life is. It's very comfortable and convenient, and it's most likely the way you've been taught to behave by society.
What if you gave all that up right now? You could, in every moment exists the possibility of radical change, though most have an abundance of fears that still hold them back. Monetary worries, familial worries, as if fear is the main motivating factor in life and Love is just some luxury. People believe these changes are so difficult and while that's probably true, it's not the difficulty that really holds you back. It's the belief that you're not strong enough to face those difficulties.
This is why it's so important to get in touch with your own Divine Self, to find your own connection to Truth. To discover for yourself what a beautiful, strong, and amazing BEING YOU REALLY ARE. You can't find this through someone or something else though, if you do that you're subtly denying your own Higher Self. No, you have to discover it, to create it for yourself.
